Yes, our beef is primarily grass-fed. Our cows graze on pasture grass or are fed hay (depending on the time of year) for their entire lives. In the last few months, before butcher, we supplement their diet with grain. This combination of grain and hay enhances the flavor and tenderness of the meat, providing you with a delicious, high-quality product.
