Is your beef grass-fed?

Our beef is primarily grass-fed. Our cows graze on pasture grass or are fed hay (depending on the time of year) their entire lives. In the last 90 days, before butcher, we supplement their diet with a barley grain mix. This combination of grain and hay enhances the flavor and tenderness of the meat, providing you with a delicious, high-quality product.
